All orders are sent from the UK, usually with Royal Mail. Express delivery is £6.99 and is dispatched within 2 working days. Standard delivery is £4.99, and you’ll see its estimated timing at checkout before you pay.

A hand-picked mix of squishies from our current range. Contents vary from box to box, so we never promise specific designs. The surprise is part of the fun.
Can I choose which mystery dumpling I get?
No. Every mystery pack is sealed and picked at random, so you find out which one you have when you open it.
What do Classic, Rare and Diamond mean?
They’re our rarity grades. Classic squishies are everyday favourites, Rare ones have special finishes like glitter or see-through jelly, and Diamond is our top tier with premium finishes.
Are squishies suitable for young children?
Most squishies contain small parts and aren’t suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended. Always check the packaging for full age and safety information.
How do I look after my squishy?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat, pets, hair and fabric. Sticky squishies pick up dust, so store them in their packaging or a clean box when you’re not squishing.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@moonomi.com and we’ll put it right.
